Janell, a native of Grass Valley, CA, proudly considers the Gold Country her home. She holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. Following her education, Janell returned to Grass Valley and initially worked at CVS. Her career aspirations were fulfilled when she secured a position at a compounding pharmacy in Auburn, CA.
"I’m a problem solver. I enjoy being creative and helping people," Janell says. When the compounding pharmacy closed, Janell took the initiative to open her own pharmacy. "Our community needs a compounding pharmacy. Commercial drugs aren't a solution for everyone, and I'm here to fill that need," she explained.
