Shipping Policy

 At Gold Country Compounding, we offer convenient and reliable shipping throughout California for patients who prefer to receive their compounded medications by mail.


Processing Time

We begin processing your prescription only after we’ve spoken with you to confirm the details. Most compounded medications are ready to ship within 1–2 business days after this confirmation.


Shipping Options

We offer the following delivery options:


Standard Shipping (2–5 business days)


Expedited Shipping (1–2 business days)


Overnight Shipping (available upon request)


Shipping method availability and cost may vary depending on your location and the medication being shipped.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery option chosen and whether special packaging (such as cold packs) is required. We will discuss shipping costs with you during your confirmation call.


Temperature-Sensitive Medications

Some medications require temperature control during transit. These will be shipped with cold packs or insulated packaging to ensure stability. We may recommend expedited or overnight shipping for these items, particularly during hot weather.


Delivery Area

We currently ship only within the state of California. If you're located out of state, please contact us to discuss possible options.


Tracking and Delivery

All shipped prescriptions include tracking. We will provide you with a tracking number upon request.


Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us right away—we’ll help you resolve the issue to the best of our ability.


Returns

Due to pharmacy regulations and patient safety, we cannot accept returns of any prescription medications, whether shipped or picked up in person.
